USTED CONVIENE QUE NO SEREMOS OBLIGADOS POR DAÑOS DIRECTOS, INDIRECTOS, FORTUITOS, ESPECIALES, CONSECUENTES O DE CUALQUIER OTRO TIPO (INCLUSO SI NOS HAN AVISADO LA POSIBILIDAD DE TALES DAÑOS), PRESENTÁNDOSE EN LO QUE CONCIERNE AL USO DEL SERVICIO O ESTANDO VINCULADO CON: (a) EL USO O LA IMPOSIBILIDAD DE UTILIZAR NUESTRO SERVICIO, (b) EL COSTE DEL REEMPLAZO DE CUALQUIER MERCANCÍA, SERVICIO O INFORMACIÓN COMPRADAS, OBTENIDAS O ADQUIRIDAS MEDIANTE TRANSACCIONES INCORPORADAS EN NUESTRO SERVICIO, (c) EL ACCESO DESAUTORIZADO O LA ALTERACIÓN DE SU CONTENIDO, (d) DECLARACIONES, CONDUCTA U OMISIONES DE CUALQUIER ABASTECEDOR DE SERVICIO O DE OTROS TERCEROS EN NUESTRO SERVICIO O (e) CUALQUIER OTRA MATERIA QUE SE PRESENTE, EN LO QUE CONCIERNE O VINCULADA CON NUESTRO SERVICIO O ESTOS TÉRMINOS. 13. MISCELÁNEO Estos términos serán interpretados de acuerdo a las leyes y la Constitución de la REPÚBLICA DOMINICANA, sin referencia al conflicto de los principios de la ley. Estos términos contienen la comprensión entera de los artículos con respecto a su tema, y reemplazan todos los acuerdos y entendimiento anteriores y contemporáneos entre los artículos con respecto a su tema. La invalidez de cualquiera de estos términos no afectará la validez o la aplicabilidad de cualquier otro de estos términos, que seguirá rigiendo en causa y efecto.
